GCP only, or AWS/Azure too?A GCP specialist, solid on AWS, IBM Cloud and on-premise. Cloud decisions are orthogonal to application architecture — I pick the cloud that makes sense for your case, not the one I happen to know best.

Do you write code or only design?I design, but I also build prototypes to validate the critical decisions. A defensible architecture is proven with code, not with boxes in draw.io.

What happens after delivery?A light monthly retainer (4-8h/month) during execution is common, to resolve questions and validate the path. Optional, not mandatory.
